Before you call
How much does a cleaning cost?
We price the job rather than the hour, so the number depends on the size of the space, how many bathrooms it has, and whether it's a one-time clean or a recurring visit. One short call is enough to give you a figure, and the quote is free either way.
How soon can you come?
Standard cleans can usually be scheduled within a few days. Deep cleans, move-outs and post-construction jobs need a bigger block of time, so about a week's notice helps. If it's urgent, call anyway — cancellations open up more often than you'd think.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most clients leave access instructions and come back to a clean space. If you'd rather walk us through the property on the first visit, that's welcome too.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let us know, ideally a day ahead. Moving or pausing a visit is normal and there's no penalty for it.
